2. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 09-01 appropriating an amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 200,000.00) as support fund for the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES), chargeable against the Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2009.
